I am 1 week clean but I just cant stop thinking about it.
It is getting too much.
I want to push the blade in my arm till I am in a pool of blood, till I am numb, till I am out of breath.

I'm actually going to run away tonight most likely
So, yeah
Sorry about your stuff though
I hope sh*t gets better for you
@alexthedepressedgirl these thoughts and struggles are so very common and normal - if stopping self-harm was easy, it would never become a problem! The key is to find your healthy replacement: self-harm served a purpose for you, and to take that away means those feelings don't magically go away, but instead it's important to find something more positive to serve that purpose instead. And with time you won't have these thoughts of self-harm anymore (or, when you do have them, they become so easy to push away and not even think about! Honestly). But that takes time, of course it's going to be tough to get through right now, you're still building up your "urge-fighting muscles". One week is something to be super proud of!! Even if things feel like they're turning downward now, that's a whole week you fought the feelings, a week where you took control. Do what you can to keep fighting, no matter if you have any little mistakes or not, just keep moving forward
