I haven’t in awhile. Not since the end of July. The urge hasn’t really been there either but the other day I kind of really wanted to but I didn’t. Which i know is good but still the urge isn’t and it made me look at like my scars from the others and kind of made me think like why, look what you have done. Now everyone can see this for the rest of your life.

I'm proud of you for fighting against the urge to self-harm! It can definitely be hard to resist from time to time. Your scars might not be there forever. If you take care of them, they can fade after a few years :)
