I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling with self-harm ideation. It's important to prioritize your mental and emotional well-being and take steps towards finding healthier coping mechanisms.
One suggestion is to reach out to a mental health professional, such as a therapist or counselor. They can provide support, guidance, and strategies to help you manage these urges and work through the underlying emotions and triggers that may be contributing to your self-harm ideation.
It may also be helpful to identify alternative coping strategies that can replace the urge to self-harm. This could include activities such as deep breathing, exercise, drawing or writing, talking to a trusted friend or family member, or engaging in relaxation techniques. Experiment with different strategies and find what works best for you.
Remember that self-harm is not a healthy or sustainable coping mechanism. It's okay to ask for help and support from trusted individuals in your life. You don't have to go through this alone. Take steps towards taking care of yourself and seeking professional help.😊
