2 months clean and its my birthday
Its my birthday. Turning 17 today. 2 months clean but its weird and i dont feel any different or better. My mindset might actually be getting worse. Im so lost and surprised i even made it to this age. I need someone to talk to but my therapist keeps cancelling our sessions. I am trying to convince myself certain things wouldnt count as sh if i did them because im just looking for that relief. Idk.
