I had 11 months and 24 days free and I relapsed. I feel worse than I have in months and I don't know how to tell anyone. I was doing so well and now I can't ask for help.

Can relate. Relapses are horrible, make you feel like things were going ok but now trash again...but that's an impressive amount of time. It means you can do this...you're strong enough to recover.
