Hey all!

It's become apparent recently there is no clearly outlined area for support and people are posting on so I decided to create this Sub-Forum so it is hopefully easier for people to find a place for support.

What can you post here?

This is an area for support so anything related to yourself, your personal story or support you want to gain

I don't want to post about me but I want to be involved can I still join in?

Of course! You'll be able to share support with others simly find a post and reply to it!

Am I allowed to post off topic things here such as icebreakers?

This form section has been created as a support only area so we'd prefer to keep off topic threads out to allow people to share about them and feel in a safe space where they can share about them and gain support from the community. However don't be put off of making your post, hunt around the community forums here and you'll sure find an area you can post. If not feel free to pm me and I'll help you find an area that is right for you!

There is a special events period what happens then?

We recognise events and certain celebrated periods of the year that we celebrate here on 7 cups are not everyone's cup of tea so let's keep this to an area for support only. Don't worry though! During special events times there will of course be lots of support available and light hearted events but this area will be kept simply as it says in the title! Like a mobile phone, it does what it says on the ticket it allows you to communicate by phone calls and text - that is the same as this forum area is as simple as it's tile a space for support and support only!

Are there special rules?
