Relapsed

I relapsed. I hate myself for doing it. I was doing so well. My new longest at 2 months... and yet here we are. I dont even know why I am writing on here. I guess maybe because I want advice? How do I stop myself from doing it again? I am pretty hopeless right now. Anyway, sorry to anyone reading this, I didnt mean to be so negative.

I did it where no one would see so I knew exactly what I was doing. God why is this so hard.
