Got fresh dirt? Make a mud salve. Know it sounds funny or gross but mud has healing properties in it and itll slow the bleeding so we can see if youll need stitches

@vamp34 Hey - just my experience - usually putting pressure on it helps it stop. Unless you nicked a vein. Then you do need to go somewhere so they can stitch it. Put some butterfly bandages on it - they'll help close the wound kind of like stitches and put some antibiotic on a gauze pad on your arm and then wrap it
