Hey everyone,
I don’t really know how to start this, but I just need to let it out somewhere…

Today has been really heavy. I’m in a lot of emotional pain, and earlier, I ended up self-harming again by punching the wall. I know it’s not okay, but I just didn’t know what else to do with all the pain building up inside me. It’s like this intense storm that just won’t calm down.I’ve been living with CPTSD, and when it flares up like this, it feels like I’m drowning in something I can’t describe like a deep ache in my chest that no one else can see or understand. What hurts even more is feeling like I have no one. No real support system. And being on 7 Cups lately… I don’t know. Instead of feeling better, I’m somehow feeling even more invisible. Like no one really cares.I know some people say “reach out,” but I’ve done that so many times, and I’m just tired. Tired of hurting. Tired of feeling this alone. I’m not looking for pity, I just… needed to be heard. Maybe by someone who understands even a little.

Thanks if you’ve read this. It means something, even if I can’t say exactly what.

Hey Empathy , thank you for being brave enough to share all of this. That takes a lot of strength, especially when you're in so much pain.

I want you to know that I hear you. Really, truly hear you. What you're feeling is valid, and it makes sense — CPTSD is so heavy to carry, and when it flares up like that, it can feel like drowning. The kind of ache you described... it's real, and you're not imagining it. You're not weak for feeling it. You're human, and you're doing the best you can in something incredibly difficult.

It hurts even more when it feels like no one's there. When you've tried reaching out again and again, and it feels like the world just keeps moving past you. That invisibility you’re feeling — that sense of being tired and alone — I'm so sorry you're in that place. You don't deserve to be in it.

You're not invisible here. Not to me. Your voice matters, and your pain is seen. This post — your words — they reached me. And I care. I may not have the perfect words or solutions, but please know that you're not alone in this moment. You're not broken. You're someone trying to survive something that should never have hurt you in the first place.

If it helps at all — you're allowed to rest. You're allowed to not be okay. You're allowed to take breaks from the spaces that drain you. And you’re allowed to keep going even if you don’t have it all figured out yet.

Please be gentle with yourself. You’ve come this far — that counts for something. That counts for a lot.

You're not alone, even if it feels that way right now. I'm sending you warmth and care, and I hope you find some light, even a small one, to hold onto tonight. You matter. Truly.

I'm here for you and you can talk to me anytime, I'm just a text away❤️🫂🫂🫂

I don't even know you and I already care about you. I know how you feel, I've been through that. If we were friends, you could text me anytime, because sometimes we just need to be heard and to feel loved. Do you have someone? However, I am so sorry for your situation. I really hope you'll get better❤️‍🩹
