My type of self-harm was a bit different,in fact i used to hit the wall with my fist till my skin was purple and rarely i used a knife,only my final time when i tried to off myself i used it.
well this is a little "spoiler" of my life,you instead?
@TheEmptyMan I often just resorted to using a knife or strangling myself. I regularly try to get rid of it, but even yesterday I couldn't stand it, as a result, my entire thigh is covered with cuts (

I understand self harm is hard I've been doing it for a while as well you are not alone you can try the chats we have on here on this community they have been helpful to me and I'm a newbie but I hope you can find somepeace knowing that we are here for you
