I understand being uncomfortable in this subcommunity as you are doing something like this for he first time. I'm proud of you for taking that first step. I know it isn't easy to be able to recognize you need help and ask for it. I understand you should've started 10 years ago but didn't. Which is okay. We all make mistakes and sometimes not the best decisions in life. I'm glad you starting the rode to recovery. Yes it is better late than never. Please take are off yourself and your mental health.
