@denispr0se

Hello there everyone <3 I haven't self harmed for more than two and a half years now and I was fighting some urges to self harm a few months ago, but I wanted to keep my streak going and I had other people holding me accountable as well so I ended up fighting the urges through and I've been doing ok so far. :) If you're struggling with this right now, please don't be afraid to reach out for help and talk about what you're going through <3 I'm here, the community is here, there are people around you that care about you. Stay safe.

@TheAtticusFinch That is amazing, I am proud of you! <3 Does fighting the urge get easier over time? I was clean for almost three weeks but I just slipped up... But I feel it gets better every time...

I think the recovery process is different for everyone :) But I think overall, with the practice of healthy self-care and good coping skills, it gets more manageable. Feel free to pm me if you want to talk more :)

Hey! I just wanted to add that I think it gets easier with time. There will be harder moments than others but sometimes just having that streak helps keep you going! :) @navyBlueberry2704
