I'm Bridget I'm 17 and I've recently relapsed. I'm here to try and better myself by finding new coping strategies. Anyone who has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it. Thank you. ♡

Hello Bridget. You are being courageous in seeking help. It is not always easy to do that! Do you know apps called calm harm and combined minds? I find them very useful. Also being surrounded by people who love you unconditionally and who support you is helpful.

@moonlightstars05 Hi Bridget! It's okay to relapse it happens and is often a normal part of recovery!

Some things that help me are to do my makeup in really wild ways, sucking on a lemon, or to stick my hands in cold water (not for too long)

The latter two are things meant to give your system a substitute for pain while still kind of shocking your system a little bit!
