Self-Harm Recovery

Hi! I’m Sage and I have ten years clean from cutting. After all that time, I still have the scars, and I want anyone struggling to remember that you can get through this, but the marks never go away. I have regrets that I did not channel my depression, loneliness, anger and fear into other areas, bu my scars remind me of my last and how far I have come.
