Hello! Well done for reaching out ❤ Recovery is unfortunately not a straight road. Looking back, you know that you can do it... It may be three steps forward and two steps back but you are always one step ahead of where you used to be. (my favourite ever quote!)
Self harm is a way of coping, but not a healthy one. I wonder if you have tried any other coping techniques?
