hi im new (possible trigger warning?)

hi, im sophie, im 16. i live with my dad and my bird. i guess im here to find people with similar brains as me... because i find myself asking "can you hear me" too often. if im being honest i dont know what im supposed to say... i started hurting myself 4 years ago and today im almost 7 weeks self harm free. i hope this isnt awful. if you are reading this i hope you have a lovely day.
