I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.

It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be

you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.

and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.

I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.

if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?

I've been self harm free since March 2017. So about 8 months. Which is hard because I'm going through the worst depression and loss I've ever experienced, but I don't want to disappoint the person I lost by doing it. I slipped up in March, because it was to numb the feeling like I didn't matter or wasnt good enough for someone else, but repremanded myself and haven't done it since. I'm actually very proud of myself that when my friends ask if I've done it I can say no.

ive been clean for almost 2 years now but lately ive been thinking a lot about relapsing. i have so much shit in my head, i feel so much yet so little. why keep being clean when my behavior is already destructive..? i often feel like losing hope. every time i feel better, even just a little.. it all comes back crashing down.. i try getting back up, takes a lot of energy, and end up feeling a little better for just a day (if it isnt less).. i feel exhausted. i just want to either feel something else or feel nothing.. i dont know what will help me from relapsing.. i dont know..
