Hi everyone. I’m new to the forum stuff. But. Not even going to lie, I want to drink. I go days (very hard) without drinking, telling myself that okay, we got this under control. But we never do. A couple days later, here I am. I would love to go a week without. Just one.

I definitely go through this. I try not to beat myself up over this. I usually do. But that leads to more drinks and more problems. You are loved and heard. Hope is real, work is hard.
