Its so hard to not drink every minute of every day is a struggle and sometimes I just sit there thinking like one beer won't hurt but I know if I drink one ill drink alot and im trying to stay strong

Same story here but with smoking Hashish. Decided yesterday am taking a break from it for a complete month, then decide. Not easy, but not impossible, right?
