I
Here it goes...
I started drinking alcohol when I was about 16-17. I drank heavily from 17-24 then stopped for a good year except on the weekends and days off. (This was like 2-3 days a week). Lets just say Im 27, and my mother passed away 3 years ago August 20th, 2018, since 2015 Ive drank so heavily. Not during the day but after work, on the weekends with friends I drink. My boyfriend hates alcohol and hates me drinking, but its a release I feel. I want to cut back eventually stop but I dont even know where to start because I have a job I have no problem maintaining that I cannot leave for rehab. I dont feel I need rehab, I want to stop so I know I can I need guidance.
someone help... xox
