Recent relapse.
I have recently had quite a difficult relapse. I have not been proud of who I have been, and would look for similar people who have experience in drug and alcohol abuse to connect with and support. New to this app, still learning the functions so sorry in advance if I miss any replies.

Thanks but I find most of the support on this app to be scripted or repetitive. Almost robotic. Suppose it might work for some but not myself.
