I Apologize for posting every day I don’t mean to so I apologize deeply to the 7 cup’s community but tracking my progress has really helped me also hearing from everyone as well again I just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation to everyone coming this far is eye opening seemings a month ago I’d probably say I’d never quit but I continue to prove the old me wrong I continue and will keep going thank you for letting me vent yall may everyone have a beautiful blessed day 💜🤘🏽🌹🙏🏽
