I Have a history opioids abuse and self harm.
I haven’t done it in a long time but I’ve recently been having many urges and triggers to take pills again.
any advice on what to do about the urges?
It can be frustrating for me to be controlled to compulsive behavior @hibalovescats
Relapsing is annoying because then I have to quit again.
There are videos and self-help articles available.

Also if there is awareness of the reason behind the behavior, that makes it easier for me.
