I feel very anxious

I drank too much alcohol last Friday and I don't remember if I paid for some things like my transportation and the bathroom I used. I fell asleep on both buses I took and I have blurry memories of several moments. I feel terrible. I got home super late and made my family feel bad.

I'm sorry you are feeling so bad, you cannot rewrite things now, if you didn't pay, you have to let it go.
And try to get to the root of why you drink to the point you cannot remember things.
It's not a out judgement but it's about keeping you safe and allowing you to make better decisions 🩵
