Hey! I’m Cyrus, I’m 25 years old. I’m in recovery for addiction and alcoholism (to me they’re the same thing) and I’m almost finished with the 12 steps in aa. I grew up struggling really horribly with addiction along with other mental health problems. I didn’t want to be sober because then I had to deal with being in my own head and body and deal with life.

Now I have a little over a year alcohol free and hit 6 months weed free this year and I’ve never felt more free and happy.

I’m sharing to say it gets better and you’re not alone. There’s so many people like us going through the same thing and so much support.
