I quit awhile ago but I’ve been vaping that’s the one thing I didn’t quit, guys idrk how to go about this but I’m a hippie I’m js a teenager tho and I struggle with addiction I think I get it from my mom she’s in prison for it rn always has been idk what I’m looking for with this js some support or smth

That must be so hard having your mother in prison, it's so hard to do things alone when we need support, we often use addictions mostly to cover feelings up, that they cannot handle, you are only young so don't let this problem becomes bigger, take it one day at a time but try to stop vaping for a few hours a day and build up on it until you can stop, wishing you all the best 💜🥰
