My addiction
So lately I have been dealing with any addiction I want to quit can anyone help me?

Hi there,
Just saw this point and felt like I could offer some insight, since I'm actually in the same position as you, as I am currently a recovering addict (in my case, video games and screen time).
I'm no therapist so I can't offer any medical or practical advice on your situation.
However, I can say that you acknowledging that you have an addiction is a good step forward. I can also say that if you are struggling to quit or get started with quitting it's a good idea to reach out to a therapist or even your doctor about quitting. Another thing I'd say is that joining support groups as well and meeting people who are also dealing with addiction is also great. Seeking emotional support from family and friends is also great, though if you aren't comfortable admitting your addiction to them, I understand.
Most importantly, you can do this! Quitting at the beginning will be really difficult because of the withdrawal symptoms you may be facing, but over time the withdrawal symptoms will go away, or at the very least will improve significantly.
You got this!
