I hear you. Going from sobriety back to the crutch can feel defeating. I struggled with weed and relapsed after getting off meds. Facing the real world without a buffer can feel unbearable. I might not know you, but I know if you got sober once you can do it again. Some days you might make progress, some not but dont stop believing in yourself.
