Reduce alcohol consumption

Is this a place where I can ask for support to help reduce my alcohol consumption or is it just to ask for support going alcohol free?

I don’t drink every day and only have more than a couple of drinks when I don’t have work the next day. The problem is that I don’t want to have more than a couple of drinks because I’m exhausted the next day. I want support to help me cut myself after 2 drinks.
