I cleaned myself up all on my own hiding my battles from everyone around me. I ran way from people who knew what i went through and hid my addiction and sobriety from people that didnt know. Im living with my family again, no one here knows what ive been through and am still going through. Issues with finance, relationship, employment and more are strengthening the xanax temptations and i fight them off every day. But they grow stronger and stronger as the anxiety and panic frequent. I can do this. Im not gonna screw up 10 months of progress.

I also have to hide my sobriety and act as if I never had a problem due to guilt and fear of backlash. I’m only a month clean but I don’t wanna give in either so I understand completely and if no one else has said it I’m proud of you.
I hear you I'm going through alot of the same issues. I was clean from the xans for over a year until i relapsed on Christmas eve and caused a big scene it was just for a day but still. Fasting and lifting weights helped me through the temptations for the most part anyway. But when I get lazy and stop exercising and doing the fasts they come back full force. I'm not really religious or anything and not sure if you are but I'll be praying for you.
