@Nebmic Hey Nebmic, I hope you are well. If you ever need to talk with someone, the listeners are here for you. Best wishes, and feel free to keep us updated on how you are doing. :)
@Nebmic There are various medicines available in the market to deal with depression and addiction. However, it should be the second thought to consider as it can have some side effects due to these meds if not taken properly as per Canadian Pharmacy. Before that, you can have some good yoga and meditation to overcome your addiction.
I feel these 2 all too often. Personally my depression is keeping me stuck in the addiction or that could be my excuse. But it's also bad when I try to seek out help for my addiction and it gets downplayed due to the stronger drugs being more normalized these days, just a weird time. I want to get better. I want to not be addicted to these things. But every time I'm almost done. I go get more. And then it starts over. I mean everyday it's a battle that I lose. But this is also something I was introduced to as medicine and then just led to me misusing it over the years. Now it's kind of a mental dependence thing. Or that's how it feels. If any of that helps or atleast let's u know u ain't alone
