I need help.

Hi, I'm chantelle, I'm 22 years old

And I have been smoking cigarettes for around 4 years

I then started to vape instead but I would have an occasional cigarette..

The time has come and I need help to fight this addiction away forever.

I use an app called "I Am sober" it's a great app

But I seem to cave in and keep resetting my days.

I just need someone's help to keep me strong and remind me that I don't need it.

Please this is urgent. I need someone professional and who has been through this and has quit.
