Marijuana

Marijuana has been both a very helpful drug/plant for me and others around me but also been somewhat bad too. Some of course buying you come across different strains. Ones that make me tired, little depressed and unmotivated. And other strains that make me feel up ready and motivated for my day. For it to make me forget about harsh issues or even past things is good for relief but bad because when issues are forgotten especially current ones they are allowed more time to get bigger. Personally I’d say either drop this plant with the help of family and friends or talk with my doctor to get me on the right strain of marijuana that best suits my daily issues and inabilities. But, I have been looking for other possible answers too. Feel free to tell me how it is I’m all ears.

For me, it takes a little of both. Knowing your strain and the effects it will have on you is really important, but it doesn’t solve everything. You’ve got to be able to do both I feel, to be successful in your emotional growth. Medication can help get you jump started and prepared to strive towards better mental health, but it’s only a tool, not a cure. I think talking about it with your issues with your support system and finding ways to process your emotions is the real cure to feeling better, and sometimes smoking a little weed makes it easier to do that. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey there! :) It seems like you already know yourself and what you need. It's simply a matter of choice as to how you fulfill these needs. You can use a substance like Marijuana, or you can choose to regulate yourself and meet your needs in a new productive way that can lead to more harmony, growth and expansion in your life. Feel free to message me if you'd like 1-on-1 support to replace your habits with new habits :)

Yeah, I agree about different strains, but there are so many variants to choose from, so everyone will find something relevant for their preferences. By the way I recently read about dabbing, did you hear about this?

@Marccy
I'm into that sort of thing, you know. First of all, you need to know that to use concentrates you cannot do without a certain set of accessories. I can tell you about the helpful list of the Best Quartz Bangers. I myself recently searched the forums for information on this and one dude suggested this article to me. Maybe you will find what suits you.

I really feel this.

I use marijuana sometimes but sometimes wonder what would happen if I didn't use it. I also decided to not drink any alcohol almost two years ago because I was honest with myself and didn't like the way that I was using it.

on the other hand, I think that marijuana can be different, and it really has been considered medicinal throughout history, like in indigenous cultures, as I understand it.

there are definitely times when I smoke and feel like I need more impulse control over my usage. like, if I have it, I might smoke every day, even though I don't need to. so with that, I just am very consistent about when I let myself buy more. like I will only buy a certain amount every month, and if I smoke it too fast and don't have any left, that's it.

at the same time, I've never experienced the same kind of pull and the same kind of desperation with marijuana as I have with alcohol. like, if I can't smoke, I can get over it. I also have a lot more pleasant times overall smoking weed than I do bad times. I think it also doesn't make me as depressed as, say, alcohol did.

but it's really subjective, and I think it is up to you. for me, I don't have that much experience, but I am also considering just quitting weed too and being totally sober. the threshold, the deciding line for me, would be - how is my use of a substance affecting my life outside of this substance? am I unable to be present in my life and my relationships because I'm always high, or because I'm always thinking about getting more weed/getting high? am I not achieving my goals because I'm spending too much time being high, spending too much money on weed, etc.?

even if it makes me feel really good at times, these would be serious detractors for me.

it's really up to you, but hopefully what I said makes sense and helps you.
