Marijuana addiction
It’s been at least 5 years now that I haven’t gone a day without smoking up. Initially, I started it to go through the stress during my specialisation and had thought of quitting later on when my final exams arrive. However, that didn’t happen and I continued smoking up even during the preparation. I’m glad I somehow passed my exam but I’m still smoking up quite heavily. I can’t think of anything better to do, I just want to keep smoking up specifically since after I broke up with my long term gf.
Can someone please help?

hey ! so sorry to hear about everything youve been going through. however, its an accomplishment on its own for acknowledging that this is a problem and that it should be stopped eventually, that is the first step in recovery. the road to recovery can be a tough road but, each step you make towards that road counts. you are worth each step it takes to recover, you can definitely get there with time, try not to give up too easily. how has it been going since then ?
