Weed overpowers my life
I wake up I roll a blunt, I get worried I roll a blunt, I get sad I roll a blunt, I'm happy I roll a blunt. its fun when it's fun but it's agony when it's not. you can guess what I do when I react to anything I just smoke. it's easier to slip back into my pit than to get through withdrawals. withdrawals mixed with my depression is excruciatingly painful not only do I hate living but I also hate everything else. I cant help but be in a bad mood and everything can change in a second depending on how you are so when I'm going through withdrawals more bad happens than good because of how I am. it's easier to not quit

I guess it just depends who you talk to. Some may not agree with me but this is just my experience in working with people who were dependent on smoking weed. Legal or not legal in your state or country, it can lend you in some legal trouble at some point. It is something that takes us momentarily out of the immediate enviroment. It gives you sense of relaxation from the choas or lets you focus on celebrating the blessing at the same time. This might be an unpopular opinion but I use to depend all my emotions in one habit as well. Which use to be smoking ciggrettes. I smoked when I was tired, I smoked after a nice dinner with friends, I smoked when I was deeply depressed, I smoked when I was excited. I guess the common thing smokers reason is " It calms me down". We become overwhelemed with any emotions and keep seeking to numb a bit. Smokers usually have tendency to want to just calm down for the most part. Perhaps you can try what I did. I dealt with one emotion at a time. I started off by focusing in one kind of emotion for few days. It started off as washing my face in cold water instead of smoking when I was sleepy. Then I started taking walks instead of chain smoking when I was upset. Months later, I found myself only smoking when I drove in traffic. Which was also something I use to do. Smoke when I am bored.... I now have few pod cast ready to go incase I get urge to smoke when I hit traffic on the road. Experience one emotion at a time and be gentle with yourself. You're going to be fine. Good luck and keep us posted!
@Jackie Nice answer, bud.
Withdrawls are the worse. I know the feeling. Try replacing smoking with something else. I'm not perfect either my last puff was three days ago. I usually do tea or water as my replacement. To try an ween yourself off you can also try hemp milk. It has VERY low to almost no THC so you can always use it and take yourself off the depenency to smoke.
