Forgiveness
How can you forgive someone who don’t even say sorry. How you can deal with him normally after they break your heart and ruined your life and still you have to deal with him EVERYDAY. what if that someone is your father or mother. what if you can’t face that one and tell him how much they hurt you and they still do.

I would like to offer you something
to contemplate. It probably will not make you feel better (and that is OK). I understand and accept the first sentence. It's the second sentence I most struggle with. For whatever it is worth to you, or to anyone, here it is. I offer it in the hope that it leads to a better understanding of yourself and others.
That sounds like a really hard situation. From what I’ve learned is that forgiveness isn’t always about the other person. It’s a way to allow you to heal emotionally from what they’ve done to you, and get space from hard feelings like anger, hurt, and resentment. Sometimes forgiveness is about freeing yourself from them.
