Hello ! I absolutely love this post, it is a great reminder of the different healthy coping mechanisms we can use !! ✨ I personally use dancing, exercising, connecting with friends, spending time with them, going on 7cups and helping others and studying as ways to cope with negative feelings (I don’t have anxiety / I’m not diagnosed :) )
Have a nice dayyy !

@yourlifematters356 I am so glad you enjoyed it.
I recently bought a weighted blanket and it has helped me to sleep.

Nothing of those
@LisaMeighanMBPsS Thanks for sharing this with us.
You did an amazing job.
For me, when my anxiety is a little high, I love to do meditation and I have a Homedics SoundSpa, which I love to use.
It is very relaxing.
Nothing. Nothing helps
The biggest help for every day anxiety has been to say things out loud. For example, I get a lot of anxiety that something bad is going to happen while I'm at work right before I leave the house so I spend a few minutes walking around saying out loud "the stove is off. The air conditioner is on. My dog and cat have plenty of water." I learned that tip here on 7 cups and it's helped immensely.
To stop anxious thoughts or an oncoming panic attack I silently name 5 things objects I see and 5 colors I see, repeating if necessary.
I also listen to calming music and do yoga.
Music, yoga and nature
