@AshleyNFlewellenLPC I logged yesterday and whenever I try to get chat mostly I get around age of 16-17 where I am 17 and a heavy past mistake is done by me at the age of 14/15 along my cousin 10/11 and past few days I realised that it was not minor mistake... I am feeling hopeless, being awake all night, heat racing and barely getting manageable for 2hrs sleep. My life is completely freezed and stuck where I used to dream about getting success and making helping my mom who have lots of hopes on me, but the mistakes I have done, no one can forgive me and myself either.
