Im Coming Back!!!

Hello Everyone! My name is Jasmine and I am so happy your here! I have been a listener here on 7 cups since 2022, and through the years we have gone through a lot together. You all may have noticed my absence, and for that i deeply apologize. I needed to take time to focus on myself, and especially my own mental health. No matter how passionate you are about this field of work, sometimes even counselors/therapists and/or volunteers need mental health support themselves. I am happy to say that i am back! and will do my best to be here as often as possible. This space is a space for YOU, i may not have all the answers or be able to help you in the full capacity you need, but i need you to know i am HERE. Lastly, i want you all to know you are SEEN, HEARD, and SO LOVED💗 Here are a few updates you all should know moving forward....

• I focus on the topics of college life, anxiety, forgiveness, self esteem, and spiritual growth (specifically Christianity) 
• I am respectful of all beliefs/religions, In my sessions, i may share some feedback or techniques that have personally worked for me, but i completely understand that what works for me may not work for you, and that is ok!
• If i am in a session and message you to let you know, please be patient with me, i am only one person, and will get to you as soon as possible
• If i am met with any type of disrespect, i will not tolerate it, You respect me just as i respect you
• Lastly, BE YOU, i want you all to be as honest and genuine as possible, your in good hands and i will do my absolute best to make your experience a healthy one
