Lessons

Your darkness shouldn’t define you - learning to trust people is hard but it’s a learning curve - not every person is the same , and what they do reflects on them , not us .
Moving on after losing a loved one
Moving on after facing a failure

The hardest lesson I learned and realized is that you are not obligated to please anyone, and that you are not obligated to tolerate being hurt by anyone, no matter who that person is, even if they are a family member. The important thing is always to remember to look after yourself and not let others cross your boundaries, because truly we can't have everything we want in life, in no matter what happens to you, life will keep moving.
@AshleyNFlewellenLPCI am my own worst critic, and sometimes I need to give myself a break from my own self criticism, and instead love and embrace my uniqueness.

That’s true. I struggle with this too, and it’s incredibly hard to be gentle with yourself when your mind keeps slipping into self-criticism.

Never trade your self respect morals and values in a relationship
Maybe I'm not as important or as loves by you as I thought 😞💔.
You walked away from me and now my world feels empty ....

Letting go of the door which wanted to open the most cause simply have no tools to remove the lock on the door. Which is just as awful for the door. Sorry door I tried everything.
The hardest for me is most definitely that you can only control yourself. Your actions and reactions. Not others. Watch your experience and expectations. You aren't them and they aren't you. 🌹
