Lost in Life
I am just lost with everything in my life. I have been battling mentally with a lot and haven’t been able to talk about it for the last 10 years. It has been a rough journey and wanted to end it so many times I lost count but everyday just continues the same. I have been trying to get help and take the needed steps but I keep falling along the way and struggling over and over. Somehow ended up here and seeking some help and any advice…
@MrJustin Hi. Glad that you’re here. I believe you can get to a better place. I found for myself that my greatest asset was that I survived. That was kind of my emotional bedrock - saying to myself, “I’m a survivor!” Sounds to me like you are too. Then I started looking for new answers. It was as if I had been following a bad map most of my life and I needed a new one. The fact that you are here asking questions means you are on your way to discovering new answers. I believe you’ll find them.
