Struggling with PCOS and Weight Loss Anyone Else?
I've been dealing with PCOS for a while now, and honestly one of the hardest parts has been trying to loose weight while managing a *** diet. I feel like no matter what I do, the scale refuses to move. It's frustrating and demotivating.
If you have PCOS too what changes (Big or small) have actually worked for you? How do you stay consistent when energy and hormones are all over the place? I'd love to hear your experience or tips.
@Veya007 Hi, Veya. I don't really have any answers, however, I do live with endometriosis myself. I was naturally thin my whole life. I am a couple years post total hysterectomy, and this is something I struggle with also. My theory is it is largely hormonal. Due to my family history, my thyroid is also likely involved. Have you ever tried an endocrinologist?
