Firstly congratulate yourself on reaching out for support! This is such an important and usually scary first step. I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, also the father of my children died by suicide. These traumas have led me to specialise in trauma. I am passionate about helping people find a way through the traumas we all experience in one form or another. I believe that we can learn to really live instead of simply survive. Having raised six children I am also practical and realistic. Together we can find a way forward for you that incorporates changes but will not feel overwhelming. I also have a lot of experience with caring for aging parents. I look forward to spending time getting to know and support you.
