The Elders Program in Shishmaref, AK, dedicatedly supports the senior community by addressing their basic needs and enhancing their quality of life through a comprehensive range of services. Our program provides essential caregiver training, expert case management, and access to durable medical equipment to ensure seniors receive the care they deserve. We offer consumer-directed personal care assistant services, respite support, and valuable education on fall and injury prevention. Additionally, we assist with Medicare and Medicaid navigation, engage seniors through our Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), and distribute monthly elder food boxes.
