Bayou Meto United Methodist Church served as a vital community anchor in De Witt, Arkansas, until its closure in June 2023. This chartered congregation fostered connection and spiritual support among local residents, hosting services and gatherings for all ages. With an average attendance of 43, the church was a space for worship and community activities. Although it is no longer operational, the church's legacy of compassion and outreach reflects its commitment to addressing social needs within the region. As the community continues to navigate various challenges, including access to spiritual fulfills and social support, their past services and events remain a testament to their mission. We encourage community members to explore other available support services that can fulfill similar roles.
