MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Dumas, AR, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by screening for obesity and providing tailored weight management options that cater to individual needs and preferences. Participants can choose from a variety of services, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative TeleMOVE! which offers in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-directed management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight-related issues after utilizing MOVE! resources.
