This intentionally small client population ensures individualized attention throughout the recovery journey. Residents can explore walking trails where they'll encounter bubbling creeks, diverse wildlife, and lush forest scenery that complement the therapeutic process. The treatment program begins with comprehensive physical, emotional, and psychological evaluations to develop personalized care plans. Retreat at Sky Ridge offers medically monitored detoxification services and various program lengths ranging from 30 to 90 days, with most clients staying 30-45 days. Treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-focused therapy, relapse prevention, internal family systems work, and motivational interviewing. Addiction education helps clients understand the physiological impacts of substances on body and mind. Additional services include a specialized relapse track for those who've struggled to maintain sobriety, intervention support, telehealth options, aftercare planning, and sober living arrangements. The facility provides 24-hour physician availability and round-the-clock primary nursing care. Retreat at Sky Ridge operates as a private-pay facility with options for clients to seek reimbursement from out-of-network insurance coverage.
