Our Care Advocates work diligently to assess needs, remove barriers, and empower clients towards greater stability. We offer a range of services including referrals, assistance with the resource connection process, and eligibility access for vital programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, and HUD Housing. Additionally, we connect clients to other Samaritan Community Center programs like food assistance and personal care products, along with rental assistance for those who qualify.
