ARChoices In Homecare, located in North Little Rock, AR, is a compassionate Medicaid program developed by the Arkansas Department of Health to empower adults ages 21-64 with physical disabilities and seniors aged 65 and older. Our mission is to enhance daily living by offering essential home and community-based services that support individuals in their everyday activities. We provide a range of critical services, including attendant care, home-delivered meals, personal emergency response systems (PERS), adult day services and health services, as well as in-home and facility-based respite care. We are dedicated to fostering independence and improving quality of life for those we serve.
