The Selma Schimmel Vital Grant, located in Pocahontas, AR, is dedicated to providing essential financial support to individuals facing significant hardships due to chronic, terminal, or rare conditions, such as cancer and Parkinson’s disease. Our mission is to alleviate some of the burdens experienced during these challenging times by offering utility assistance and grocery assistance. We understand the urgent needs of our community and are committed to ensuring that families can maintain access to basic necessities. While our grant can cover either utility bills or grocery expenses, we also collaborate with additional organizations to connect recipients with further resources for comprehensive support.
